I called and scheduled a machine to pick up in Michigan in which I asked for the machine to be secured during transport. Upon arrival of this machine, we were very pleased with the extra measures Brent had taken to make certain the machine was stable during transport. He used tie downs, cross bars, and other tools to hold this machine firmly in place during travel. Due to the pride exhibited through his efforts, this machine arrived completely unharmed during transport.
